Our goal in this research is to provide with an architecture of a multi-agent system (MAS) capable of increasing the popularity as well as the quality of blogs being part of a same network, in terms of affiliation and references between one another. In this research, we focus on the implementation of a MAS architecture capable of assisting bloggers in finding adequate and equitable affiliation partnerships and references for their blogs and articles. Our system is adequate for learning and testing, making use of patterns and utility functions that closely resemble bloggers. We have also provided with an evaluation model for the architecture. If the present research gets good results, we hope that we can show a preview of a world where agents would become more involved and helpful in the every day life of Internet users. Not only blogs can be seen as agents, but when they really do become agents, we have the feeling that we can get a little step closer to Web 3.0.
