|
we believe that the use of SFQ circuit technology for TD-AMS circuit design will gain more energy and computing speed advantages, and also enable the combination of analog SFQ technology and digital SFQ circuit technology, which can be used in more fields. In this work, we designed the SFQ-TDC and analyzed all current SFQ-DTCs. We also designed and simulated some arithmetic circuits using SFQ-TD-AMS technology.
