In this paper, we take the presence of an eavesdropper (Eve) into consideration and characterize the outage key capacity, the maximum achievable key rate, of the problem studied by Ezzine et al. (2021). Also, an example is provided so as to visualize the difference between the outage key capacity of the problem over a fading public channel and the key capacity of the problem over a noise-free public channel. |
