In this paper,we propose a dynamical resource allocation scheme in 5G Cloud Radio Access Network (C-RAN) based on modified Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) algorithm to reduce the overall network power consumption while maintaining the user QoS and QoE. In comparison to two resource allocation schemes, computational results demonstrate that our proposal reduces the overall network power consumption and significantly improves the throughput. |
