The IEEE 802.11n wireless local-area network (WLAN) has been widely deployed due to flexible and high-speed data transmissions. However, the throughput of a link can be dropped by interferences from other WLANs. Previously, we have studied throughput drop estimation models for multiple-link concurrent communications with bonded 40MHz partially overlapping channels (POCs), considering the channel distance and the received signal strength (RSS) of the interfered link. In this paper, we present a throughput drop estimation model for two-link concurrent communications with non-bonded 20MHz POCs. The effectiveness of the model is confirmed through experiments on different topologies where the estimated throughput well matches the measured throughput. |
