| By using the fast inverse Laplace transform (FILT) method, efficient and reliable numerical analysis of transient responses can be performed. In this paper, time response for heat conduction simulation was calculated by using FILT. Making a comparison of our results to analytical solutions, we will clarify computational accuracy. |
