|
Inter-operator BS sharing provides a great potential for the cost-efficient deployment of the next-generation mmWave access networks. In this paper, we consider a game where multiple MNOs offload user traffic from sub-6 GHz access networks to a commonly shared mmWave access networks. At the beginning of each time slot, each MNO reports its user traffic condition to a third-party game manager. Then, the game manager gives recommended action profile to each MNO. Our main contribution is to optimize the product of utilities under coarse correlated equilibrium (CCE) constraints, which guarantees that MNOs do not deviate from the recommended action profiles.
