In this research, a chatbot is developed as an add-on to the Telegram platform interface. This Chabot provides emergency information to the individual users at the time of disaster. The information is included but not limited to closest evacuation points like the nearest train stations and or safe zones, fastest possible evacuation roots and the real-time disaster information based on the user's meantime location. Python 3 language and My-SQL Pro database are used for developing of the proposed chatbot. This chatbot saves the information messages and location of each individual user to improve the disaster information exchange accuracy. |
