抄録 |
Digitally controlled oscillator (DCO) is a crucial component of all-digital phase-locked loops (ADPLLs). It usually consumes half the power of an ADPLL. Therefore, the increasing demand for better power efficiency and portability requires low-power synthesizable DCOs. In this paper, a new synthesizable DCO is proposed. The DCO achieves higher power efficiency and resolution, extends tuning range while maintaining good phase noise. |
