|
This paper presents a design of a dual-band dual-polarization antenna which can operate at X-band and Ku-band simultaneously. The antenna consists of a square radiating patch and two narrow slots embedded on the patch. Two narrow slot lines are loaded close to the radiating edges of the patch for this purpose. The sense of polarization is different at operating frequency bands. The simple structure makes the proposed antenna attractive for radar and RF communication systems.
