In this paper, we studied the pricing and bandwidth allocation problem for OpenFlow/SDN Networks. The incoming traffic is categorized as data flows and multimedia streaming flows. As the cost of QoS provisioning, a time-dependent congestion price is charged to the multimedia streaming flows, while no additional charge is imposed on data flows. We constructed a Stackelberg game to analyze the interactions between ISP's pricing strategy and multimedia home networks' bandwidth consumption. We characterized the Nash equilibrium solution of the Stackelberg game. |
