|
The resource allocation and Scalable Video Coding (SVC) video layer selection problem for the multi-user video streaming over the Road Side Unit (RSU) based highway network scenario is discussed by our previous work. However, a lot of freeze happened in the playback process. In order to reduce the playback freeze, we propose the Smooth Playback (SP) Scheme. Simulation results show that the proposed SP algorithm could reduce the playback freeze.
