|
This paper presents a novel generalised method for a determination of the occupancy distribution and the blocking probability in system with limited availability i.e. limited-availability group. The proposed method uses the Erlang's Ideal Grading for modelling limited-availability group. The results obtained on the basis of the new method are compared with the results obtained with the help of the other method known from the literature of the subject and with the results of a digital simulation. This comparison confirms high accuracy of the proposed method.
