|
The three-dimensional (3-D) integration is an emerging technology to implement large circuits, and currently being extensively investigated. This paper considers the 3-D triple-active-layer routing, a special case of the 3-D routing, which is a fundamental problem on the physical design of 3-D integrated circuits, and summarizes proved complexity of various 3-D routing problems.
