|
In Network-on-Chips (NoCs), routing algorithms determine the path on which a packet traverses from the source to the destination. So far, most of NoC routing algorithms can perform well in a single network condition or several network conditions. In reality, the congestion condition in the network is always changing and is hard to predict. Therefore, it is not the routing algorithms that we urgently need, but the best routing algorithm selection and exchange according to different network conditions. In this paper, we propose a congestion detecting mechanism and select a proper routing algorithm according to congestion situation of the network.
