Summary:
This paper describes a new radar system concept using a radio-over-fiber (RoF). The proposed system is an Optical Fiber Connected Passive Primary Surveillance Radar (OFC-PPSR) which is based on the passive bistatic radar. Separated receiver unit uses scat
