Summary:
This paper discusses the feasibility of realizing glass or windshield integrated optically transparent antennas with a set of measurement data of CPW-fed slot antennas on a few production vehicles. Performance of a wideband connector which was specially designed for antennas made of conductive transparent films is also reported.
