It was reported that TCP BBR’s throughput significantly declined by an increase of RTT (Round-trip time), which might be caused by various reasons such as the co-existence of loss-based TCP algorithm. In existing work, a method for relieving this significant decline was proposed and the method evaluated on a network with a small propagation delay. In this paper, we evaluate the proposed TCP BBR’s throughput on a network with non-small propagation delay and increasing queueing delay.
