Summary:
Power distribution plane resonance in printed circuit board is generated radiated electro-magnetic interference. Power bus noise is generated by switching current of digital systems (ex. LSI and IC). We verified by experiment to reduce power bus noise. And we confirm about power bus noise reduction method by decoupling capacitor layout. So, we made the evaluation boards to measured power distribution plane resonance and voltage distribution with resonating. From these experiment results, we confirmed one of methods that it can reduce the noise by arrangement intervals of the capacitors.
