Summary:
This paper studies dynamics of a rotation-based map with a controlling segment. The map causes rich superstable, chaotic and bifurcation phenomena when
parameters vary. A slope on the controlling segment can govern dynamics. We analyze the dynamics and clarify basic bifurcation mechanism. We show an application to A/D converters based on spiking neuron.
