Summary:
We study the synchronization of time-delay systems subjected to a common colored noise input, which has an exponential time correlation. We show that the noise-induced synchronization can occur for a wide class of time-delay systems. Moreover, it is shown that the synchronization threshold in the noise amplitude is minimized at a finite optimal value of the noise correlation decay rate and this is a universal characteristic of the noise-induced synchronization in any chaotic systems.
