Summary:
We analyzed the fundamental trade-off among identification, secrecy and template rates provided that the prior distribution of the identified individual is unknown. We showed that the capacity region and the one derived in [1] are of the same form. The obtained result remarks that the required amounts of template and privacy-leakage in the BIS are identical.
