1. Introduction of Automatic Credit Card Payments
- If you paid your 2024 membership fee via credit card, the 2025 fee will be automatically charged to the same credit card used in 2024.

- If no changes are made by **January 31, 2024**, it will be assumed that you consent to automatic payment, and the fee will be processed on **Tuesday, February 4, 2025**.
2. Discontinuation of Payment Slips
- Starting in 2025, payment slips for bank transfers will no longer be sent as a standard practice.
- If you require a payment slip (for Japan Post Bank payments), you must submit a request. A handling fee of 550 JPY (tax included) will apply.
