Unlike open sessions (general/symposium), planning sessions aim to introduce the latest research findings, trends, and developments in specific fields or problem areas, and facilitate discussions and information exchange. Here, we will explain the proposal methods for planning sessions.

Q.For a full session, do we need to use up all 3 hours and 15 minutes? For example, can we finish in 2 hours and 30 minutes?
A.You do not need to use up all 3 hours and 15 minutes even if you want a full session.
Q.Is it possible to make a full session longer than 3 hours and 15 minutes (e.g., 4 hours)?
A.No. 3 hours and 15 minutes is the maximum length of a full session. However, you may propose two sessions in the format of a full session + half session (or full session). In this case, please indicate in the "Contact" section of the questionnaire that you wish to hold the two sessions consecutively.
Q.The sessions are supposed to be face-to-face, but is it mandatory for a talk to be given on-site?
A.Yes, it is mandatory for a give a talk to participate on-site.
Q.Is it acceptable to have less than 5 talks for a planned session?
A.We accept proposals for less than 5 talks.
Q.Are open call sessions excluded from this survey?
A.Yes, the open call sessions are excluded from this survey. Open call sessions will be solicited at a later date.

Scheduling of Planning Sessions
The Program Committee will check for any duplication of content with other planning session proposals and ensure overall scheduling of planning sessions.
August 8th (Tuesday)
Deliberation and Decision on Scheduling of Planning Sessions
The Program Committee will deliberate and decide on the scheduling results at the conference committee meeting.
After the conference committee meeting, the results will be notified to the proposers. Please note that changes to the schedule after slot confirmation are generally not allowed.
