- There is a school bus service from the nearest station, Tobu-Dobutsu-Koen Station, but it is exclusively for students of Nippon Institute of Technology University. Participants of the event are requested to cooperate by coming to the campus on foot.

[About the 2024 Society Conference Format]
- The 2024 Society Conference will be held in an "in-person" format. All presentations will be conducted on-site at Nippon Institute of Technology University. Presentations will not be held or viewed online for general sessions. However, online viewing (paid) will be available for planned sessions.

[About Shuttle Buses]
- As the Society Conference will be held at Nippon Institute of Technology University during summer vacation, there are no plans to increase the number of shuttle buses from the nearest station. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
