About MJWRT2022

Malaysia-Japan Workshop on Radio Technology 2022 (MJWRT2022) is the third workshop on Radio Technology between Malaysia and Japan. The MJWRT2022 is sponsored and organized by the Technical Committee on Antennas and Propagation of the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE/AP), co-sponsored by the IEEE AP/MTT/EMC Malaysia chapter and Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (MJIIT-UTM), and is held in cooperation with the IEEE AP-S Tokyo Chapter. This workshop will be held on January 11-12, 2022 online. The workshop is intended to provide an international forum for the exchange of information on the progress of research and development in antennas, propagation, RF and radio communication systems. It is also an important objective of this workshop to enhance the friendship between Malaysian and Japanese researchers.

(2) The corresponding author will receive an E-mail to announce an URL for submission of your paper. Following the instruction in the E-mail, please submit the final paper by December 15, 2021.
Note: Reprint Order Sheet and Speaker’s Introduction Sheet are not necessary.

Important Dates

Deadline for full-paper submission: November 15, 2021 November 30, 2021 (final hard deadline)
Notification of Acceptance:   December 15, 2021
Deadline for registration: December 31, 2021

Paper Format, Language, and Template

  • The manuscript for the technical session should be printed on IEICE technical report format (A4, 2 columns, typically 2 pages, max. 4 pages) including figures and tables. All papers must be written in English.
  • Manuscript template (MS-word only)
