The 6th International Conference on Emerging Technologies for
Communications (ICETC 2025)
November 25th – 28th, 2025

The 6th International Conference on Emerging Technologies for
Communications (ICETC 2025) will be held at I-site Nanba, Osaka,
Japan, November 25th- 28th, 2025. This is the flagship international
conference covering all the technical fields by The Institute of
Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE)
Communications Society. The objectives of the conference are
synergistic effects beyond the technical fields, expansion of research
areas and development of young researchers. This international
conference is a place for discussions; therefore, not only recent
research results but also preliminary results at initial stage on a
research are welcomed. Authors can select oral or poster presentation
at paper submission. ICETC2025 Committee will also present best paper
awards, best poster awards and best student awards.

Papers describing original results in all aspects of emerging
technologies for communications are invited. Topics include, but are
not limited to:

– Internet Architecture
– Space, Aeronautical and Navigational Electronics

– Electromagnetic Compatibility

– Digital Service and Platform Technology

Technical sessions and poster sessions will be held in-person style.
Notice that every speaker is required to make his/her presentation in
the venue.

[Author’s Schedule] Submission deadline: July 1st, 2025
Notification of acceptance: September 26th, 2025
Camera-ready version due October 24th, 2025

[Paper Submission] Corresponding authors of accepted papers will be requested to submit a
4-page (for oral) or a 1-page (for poster) final paper for the
conference proceedings. Specific submission instructions are provided
separately soon.

[Awards] ICETC2025 Committee will also present best paper awards, best poster
awards, and best student awards. The award candidate should be the
first author and presenter of the paper or the poster. The selections
of the awards are based on the quality, originality, and clarity of
the aper/poster.
