2023 International Conference on Emerging Technologies for
Communications (ICETC 2023) November 29th – December 1st, 2023

The 2023 International Conference on Emerging Technologies for Communications
(ICETC2023) will be held at Kaderu 2・7, Sapporo, Japan (in-person
confernce), November 29th – December 1st, 2023. This is the flagship
international conference covering all the technical fields by IEICE
Communications Society.
The objectives of the conference are synergistic effects beyond the
technical fields, expansion of research areas and development of young
researchers.
This international conference is a place for discussions; therefore,
not only recent research results but also preliminary results at
initial stage on a research are welcomed. Authors can select oral or
poster presentation at paper submission. ICETC2023 Committee will
also present best paper awards, best poster presentation awards and
student presentation awards.
Technical sessions and poster sessions will be held in-person style.
Notice that every speaker is required to make his/her presentation in the venue.
Papers describing original results in all aspects of emerging
technologies for communications are invited.

[Paper Submission] Authors are invited to submit full papers in PDF format via the website:www.ieice.org/cs/icetc/
Only electronic submissions will be accepted. Corresponding authors of
accepted papers will be requested to submit a 4-page (for oral) or a
1-page (for poster) final paper for the conference proceedings.

[Awards]
ICETC2023 Committee will also present best paper awards, best poster
awards and student presentation awards. The award candidate should be
the first author and presenter of the paper or the poster.
The selections of the awards are based on the quality, originality,
and clarity of the paper.

電子情報通信学会通信ソサイエティは，当該ソサイエティにて議論される全技術分野を含む
国際会議 ICETC 2023（2023 International Conference on Emerging Technologies for
Communications）を対面形式で開催します．
本会議では，幅広い分野からの投稿・発表・議論を通して，「専門領域を超えたシナジー効果」
「研究領域の拡大」「若手研究者の育成」を目指します．
口頭発表とポスター発表の場を設け，それぞれにおいて優れた発表者へは賞を授与いたします．
