2021 International Conference on Emerging Technologies for Communications
(ICETC 2021) Online virtual conference, open access publication December

Submission deadline (extended): September 30, 2021
The 2021 International Conference on Emerging Technologies for
Communications (ICETC 2021) will be held as an online virtual conference,
December 1st-3rd, 2021. (Originally at Tokyo University of Science, Japan)
This is the flagship international conference covering all the technical
fields by the IEICE Communications Society. The objectives of the conference
are synergistic effects beyond the technical fields, expansion of research
areas, and development of young researchers. This conference is a place for
discussions; therefore, not only recent research results but also
preliminary results at the initial stage on research are welcomed. Authors
can select oral or poster presentation at paper submission. Accepted papers
will be published as open access on the IEICE Proceedings Series. ICETC 2021
Committee will also present best paper awards, best poster presentation
awards, and student presentation awards. Papers describing original results
in all aspects of emerging technologies for communications are invited.

Only electronic submissions will be accepted. Corresponding authors of
accepted papers will be requested to submit a 2-4 pages (for oral) or a 1
page (for poster) final paper for the conference proceedings.

November 12, 2021 Deadline for submission of camera-ready papers [Awards] ICETC2021 Committee will also present best paper awards and best poster
presentation awards. The award candidates should be the first author and the
presenter of the ICETC2021. The selections of the awards are based on the
quality, originality, and clarity of the paper and the presentation. [Recommendation to journal] Excellent papers are recommended to the Special Section on ICETC 2021

電子情報通信学会通信ソサイエティは，当該ソサイエティにて議論される全技術分野
を含む
国際会議 ICETC 2021（2021 International Conference on Emerging Technologies
for Communications）を開催します．
本会議では，幅広い分野からの投稿・発表・議論を通して，「専門領域を超えたシナ
ジー効果」
「研究領域の拡大」「若手研究者の育成」を目指します．
口頭発表とポスター発表の場を設け，それぞれにおいて優れた発表者へは賞を授与い
たします．
ICETC 2021 では，より一層の議論活性化を図り，会議開催後に予稿集を無料公開
することとします．
今年の ICETC 2021 は，新型コロナウィルスの感染予防対策のため，オンライン開催
と
します．（現地開催は中止します．）
