APSIPA ASC 2021 Special Session 提案募集のご案内

新潟大学の村松と申します．
12月東京で開催予定の国際会議APSIPA ASC 2021 において，Special Sessionを
担当しております．
APSIPA ASC 2021 Special Session 提案の募集についてご案内申し上げます．
2021年12月14日〜17日に開催されるAPSIPA ASC 2021(東京）において，Special
Session を継続して実施することとなりました．
なお，同会議では基調講演者として以下の著名な方々をお招きいたします．
– Prof. Shun-ichi Amari
Professor-Emeritus at the University of Tokyo, Senior Advisor of the RIKEN Brain Science Institute (BSI)
– Prof. Karlheinz Brandenburg
Senior Professor(emeritus) at Technische Universitat Ilmenau, CEO of Brandenburg Labs
– Prof. Min Wu
Professor and Distinguished Scholar-Teacher at University of Maryland
公式には現地開催として準備を進めていますが，並行してハイブリッド開催や完
全オンライン開催も検討しています．
オリンピックの開催形式と同様に難しく，形式の決定に時間を要している点につ
いてご理解いただければ幸いです．
なお，Special Session Proposalの提出期限は2021年4月1日です．
タイトなスケジュールのため，締め切り後の提案の更新についてもご相談に応じ
ます．
提案の意思表示だけでも結構です．Special Session のご提案についてご相談い
ただければ幸いです．
# Special Session 提案募集
APSIPA ASC 2021では，種々の企画と並行して，新たな研究テーマのための
Special Session 企画を会議期間中に実施します．
Special Session では，発表されたテーマをより深く掘り下げて見ることができ
ます．
APSIPA ASC 2021では，通常のプログラムを補完し，世界中から一流の研究者や
技術者を集めて最先端の研究成果を発表するために，Special Session の開催を
強くお勧めしています．
Special Session の内容は，APSIPA ASC 2021のテクニカルプログラムに関連す
るものが想定されますが，それらに限定されません．
ご提案の内容については，関連性，革新性，内容および品質に基づいて，
Special Session 委員会によって審査を行います．
Special Session に投稿された論文は，通常の論文と同様の審査が行われます．
Special Session の Organizer およびすべての講演者は，会議への参加登録が
必要となります．
## 提案フォーム
各Special Session の提案には、以下の情報を含めてください．
– Name of the organizer(s) of the special session
– A title of the special session
– The relevant track of the special session
– Session abstract (statement of the significance of the topic)
– Tentative titles and abstracts of at least 4 (preferably 5) invited papers
– List of names who have agreed to contribute a paper in the session
– Short biography of special session organizer(s), and please include the complete affiliation, address and email
