  Please the steps stated below to make a registration and submission the final manuscript to EMC Sapporo & APEMC 2019.

1. Completion of conference registration and payment via the registration site (AMARYS):

   • Registration system (AMARYS) is different from submission system (papercept).
   • Account of papercept (PIN) doesn't work for log in, please make account first.


2. Completion of final paper submission via the submission site (papercept):

• Final Paper Submission Deadline: March 29, 2019
• Final papers cannot be submitted until author registration and registration-fee payment has been confirmed. On the AMARYS system, you (or a co-author) must get a key code associated with this paper after the payment completed. This code will be required for the final submission on the papercept site.


3. Completion of submitting copyright transfer form


• You will be requested to upload copyright transfer form when you upload the final paper. Please download the form below. Please note that the form to be submitted are different depending on the type of paper.

2. When the author does not own the permission:
   If the author does not have the permission concerning the paper, it is owned by a corporation or an organization licenser, and the licenser does not actually write the paper, please state the licenser's job title in the following column.

Paper Submission

  Those who wish to present their scientific work at EMC Sapporo & APEMC 2019 should submit electronically in two-column and either one-page format for abstract submission (in proceedings only, Oral/Poster) or full-length (four-page) format for paper (for IEEE Xplore Publication, Oral/Poster) submission through the on-line Paper Submission System at the symposium website. The paper must be written in English and follow the two-column A4 format of an IEEE Manuscript Template for Conference Proceedings. There are two types of scientific sessions for EMC Sapporo & APEMC 2019; “Regular Sessions” and “Organized Sessions”. The Regular Sessions will consist of contributed papers only, while the Organized Sessions will be arranged by the Session Organizers.
  When submitting a paper, the author will be asked to select “2” session topics that would best match the contents of his/her paper for review. There are “15” session topics for the Regular Sessions, and more topics will be added for the Organized Sessions after the end of November, 2018. Submission for contributed papers will start on August 31, 2018, with the deadline on December 24, 2018 January 7, 2019.
  All the contributed papers will be fully reviewed by specialists in the EMC field, and the review results will be notified to the authors on February 22 25, 2019. The authors of accepted papers must register for EMC Sapporo & APEMC 2019 and submit the final camera-ready versions of their papers no later than March 22 29, 2019.
