[Prepare Your Presentation]

  Each oral presentation is limited to 20 minutes including questions and answers (Q & As). Length of presentation material should be commensurate with the allocated time. You are requested to load your PowerPoint presentation materials before the session starts.

[Determine Your Audio Visual Needs]

  All meeting rooms are equipped with the following audio-visual equipments:

  • One Projector
  • One Windows-based PC
  • One Screen
  • One Laser Pointer

  The computers in the meeting rooms are being provided to Windows-based PC users. The PC will be configured with Microsoft Windows operating system as well as with Microsoft Office. If using PowerPoint for your presentation, Both aspect ratios of 16:9 and 4:3 are available. Please check whether your slides are projected correctly before your presentation.

[Give Your Presentation]

  Be considerate of the other speakers and audience by staying within your allocated time. The allocated time for your presentation includes a discussion and changeover to the next speaker. Session Chairs will hold you to the allotted time. This is essential to ensure adequate time for questions and discussion as well as adherence to the schedule.

Information for Poster Sessions

Poster sessions (1F Main Hall - within the exhibition space) will be held on June 4th, 5th, and 6th from 15:20 to 16:50. Please check your poster session and poster number on the online program.

Presenters can setup their posters on the day of their session. The size of the poster panel is 900 mm x 2100 mm. We recommend you prepare your poster in A0 size. The organizers will prepare your poster board number. The number does not need to be included the poster itself.

Pushpins will be provided by the organizers. Do not use tape, please. The Main Hall will be closed at 18:00 daily. Please remove your poster by that time. Posters not removed will be discarded.
