A special issue of IEICE Transactions on Electronics will be published in connection with ISOME 2025. Deadline: November 15, 2025 Full paper (8 pages maximum), Brief paper (4 pages maximum) To be published in Dec. 2026. |

"Please bank transfer both the registration fee and banquet fee together." Receipts will be issued separately for the registration fee and the banquet fee. The banquet will be held at the following restaurant on the evening of November 6th at "Hakko Monzen". We will limit banquet participants to around 50 people. If we exceed capacity and you are unable to participate, we will refund your banquet fee. If this happens, we will notify you individually by mid-October.
