The Technical Committee of Organic Molecular Electronics, Electronics Society of the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communications Engineers (IEICE) cordially invites you to participate in 14th International Symposium on Organic Molecular Electronics (ISOME 2025), which will be held in "AICS, Faculty of Engineering, Shinshu University (Nagano) on November 5-7, 2025.
Researchers and students who are involved in this field are heartily welcome to join lively discussion and exchange ideas on this opportunity.
The symposium covers various aspects of organic materials that are related to electronic applications, including insulators, semiconductors, conductors, optic materials, magnetic materials, and biomaterials.
Their applications extend to such fields as transistors, memories, displays, photovoltaics, optical devices, energy devices, sensors, actuators, and bioelectronics.
The topics related to basic physics and chemistry, material development, process technologies, devices and applications are covered in this symposium.
The ISOME 2025 aims to bring up new buds on the research of these issues.
The main topics of this symposium are as follows, but not limited to fundamental and applied researches on organic materials:
01_Thin film fabrication
02_Device fabrication techniques
03_Electrical and electronic properties
04_Optical and nonlinear optical properties
05_Photonic devices
06_Interface properties
07_OLED and OFETs and related devices
08_Organic and hybrid solar cells, photo diodes
09_Bio-electronics and bio-technology
10_Materials for batteries
11_Energy harvesting materials and devices
12_Sensors
13_Spintronics and magnetic properties
14_Other related phenomena and devices
ISOME has been held bianually since 2000, and is now regarded as one of the important international meeting in the field related to organic electronics under the support by IEICE. The past symposia were held in the following locations.
