Summary:
A random number generator using a chaotic circuit is proposed and analyzed, for this purpose, a robust implementation of the Rôssler attractor is designed and measured. The chaotic circuit is designed to provide both a chaotic and a periodic binary output. The chaotic analogue circuit is connected to a digital system to provide random bit sequences.
