Summary:
We propose a method of constructing a complex network based on a deterministic model from a time series, in which its time structure is fully and directly incorporated. The network constructed by this method contains time-dependent nodes and links on which positive real numbers are assigned as weight. The method is demonstrated by a known system and shown to be very useful for clarifying hidden time structure embedded in the time series.
