Summary:
We numerically investigate behavior of four weakly coupled metronomes using equations of motion of the metronomes. In the numerical simulations, the parameter values of the equations of motion are experimentally decided from the experimental apparatus, where the four metronomes are put on a board hung by strings. As a result, we found that synchronization of metronomes depend on frequency and initial angles. In addition, we also found the importance of the individual difference between metronomes which became clear by numerical simulations.
