Summary:
Short-term Koopman mode decomposition is introduced from the Koopman operator framework of non-linear time-variant systems. In this report, we apply the short-term Koopman mode decomposition to time-series data on voltage-phase differences on a campus distribution network in Osaka Metropolitan University, Japan, and we extract temporal features of the time-series data of voltage-phase differences.
