Summary:
In this paper, we propose a diagonal calibration method of images when the optical axis is unknown. The method uses a rectangular object to calibrate images. By using the parallel lines, the orthogonality of corners of the object and the object's aspect ratio, we can estimate the camera angle and obtain a corrected image even if the image is cropped.
