Registration Fees

Registration fees will be charged in Japanese Yen (JPY). All listed fees include a 10% tax.

Note: Please note that one author registration is valid for presenting one paper. At least one author of each paper must complete the registration by Oct. 15, 2025 (23:59 Asia/Tokyo).

The regular and student conference registration includes: Presentation and Publication of one paper submission, Proceedings of APCC2025, Keynotes, Technical sessions, Tutorials, Novelty items of APCC2025, Coffee breaks, Lunch, Welcome Reception, Banquet Ticket of APCC2025.
The regular and student conference registration also includes all ICETC2025 sessions but excludes Proceedings, Novelty items, and Banquet Ticket of ICETC2025.
After completing registration, attendees will receive their name badge and printed receipt at the conference venue’s registration desk.

Discounted ICETC2025 Registration

Attendees who have already registered for APCC2025 have the option to also register for ICETC2025 at a discounted rate. Please note that the regular and student conference registration of APCC2025 also includes all ICETC2025 sessions.

Note: The discounted ICETC2025 registration includes Proceedings of ICETC2025, Novelty items of ICETC2025, and Banquet Ticket of ICETC2025.
Please note that authors of accepted papers in ICETC2025 are NOT eligible for the discounted ICETC2025 registration.
This discounted registration is NOT listed in the APCC2025 registration page.
The discounted registration code for ICETC2025 will be sent by email to attendees who have already completed the APCC2025 registration and payment, with the subject line “[APCC'25] Registration receipt”.

Discounted APCC2025 Registration
