Presentation Guideline

  • All presentations at APCC’25 are oral presentations. Oral presentations for APCC’25 have been allocated 15 minutes of effective presentation time, plus 2.5 minutes for Q&A, and a 30-second turnaround time between speakers.
  • Authors must prepare their oral presentations to ensure they convey their message clearly and concisely, including providing an outline of the key principles, facts, and results. More detailed discussions can continue during the breaks.
  • To ensure a smooth performance during your session, please carefully review the following instructions:

Before The Conference

  • Know the name, schedule, and location of the session to which your paper(s) were assigned.

At The Conference

  • Ensure you know how to reach the meeting room where your session is held. 
  • Arrive at the room 15 minutes before the session starts and introduce yourself to the session chair.
  • A projector with an HDMI cable and screen will be available in the session room. Laptops will not be available in the session room. All presenters will need to provide a laptop computer with an HDMI port for their presentation. The conference organisers are not responsible for the operation or safekeeping of participants’ computer equipment.
