Visa Information

If you are not really sure if you need to obtain a visa, or if you don't know what you should prepare, please make inquiries to the Japanese embassy or consulate in the country where you reside.

"Invitation Letter to APNOMS 2019" will be issued to:
  - keynote speakers, presenters, panelists, and organizing committee members
  - conference participant who has paid their registration fee

If you need an invitation letter to apply for visa, please send the following information to APNOMS2019 Registration Chair via e-mail icm-apnoms2019reg(at)mail.ieice.org with subject "[APNOMS2019 VISA]".
