Registration Information

Notice : Author registration must be done by Early-Bird due date: July 29, 2019.
Notice：Registration was closed as the number reached the capacity: August 28, 2019.

Registration Fees

Author/Full/Student registration includes proceedings, admissions to tutorial sessions and all technical sessions(*), banquet(**), lunch, and coffee breaks. Student (auditing only) registration includes admissions to tutorial sessions and all technical sessions(*). Exhibitor registration includes banquet(**), lunch, and coffee breaks.
(*): technical sessions, innovation sessions, poster sessions, special sessions, keynote sessions and DEP session.
(**): No banquet tickets are included if you register after 9 AM (JST) on the first day (Sep. 18) of the symposium.
If you have any food preference (vegetarian and so on), please inform kurokawa.ocj(at)gmail.com (Secretary of APNOMS2019) of your preference immediately.
Notice: After September 4th, we can NOT meet your preference.

Extra items must be ordered at the same time of his/her online registration. On-site order is not available.

All of the fees will be charged only in Japanese YEN (JPY).

Especially for Authors (Important!)
Notice: In this section, a “paper” means technical, poster, or innovation session’s paper.

At least one author of an accepted paper must register as Author registration by the Early-Bird due date even if the author is a student, in order to guarantee the paper to be published in the symposium proceedings, IEICE Proceedings Series and IEEE Xplore. (Innovation session’s papers are included only in the symposium proceedings.) For authors with multiple accepted papers, one Author registration is valid for only one paper. Accepted paper must be presented at the conference site. Online presentation (e.g. Skype) is not permitted without an unavoidable reason such as a natural disaster. EDAS paper number (10-digit number) is required for Author registration.

Payment Methods for Online Registration
For residents in Japan, please use domestic bank transfer (not credit card).

• Online Credit Card Payment (for residents outside Japan)
  VISA / MASTER / JCB / AMEX / DINERS are available.
• Domestic Bank Transfer (for residents in Japan)
  A payee's bank account is assigned for each registrant by the online registration system. Do not pay fees for plurality of registrants altogether via one assinged payee's bank account. If you need to pay altogether, please contact us before registration (see contact information).
• International Bank Transfer (for residents outside Japan)
  A payee's bank account is presented by the online registration system.

Notice for the domestic/international bank transfer: All bank service charges for the bank transfer must be paid by the registrants. Complete your bank transfer payment within 7 days from your registration date. You cannot choose the bank transfer methods after September 9, 2019.

For all registrants, printed receipt of registration fee will be handed over at the conference site.

Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via E-mail to icm-apnoms2019reg(at)mail.ieice.org with subject "[APNOMS2019 REGINQ]" by August 18, 2019. A cancellation fee of 10,000 JPY will be charged for each refund. No refunds requests will be accepted after August 18. Notice that Author registrations are non-refundable.

If you made a mistake in your registration (error of input data, closing window before checkout, etc.), please retry from the beginning. When you get a new registration ID, please discard older one. Only the latest registration of the same email address is active in the system.
