WTC 2012 Local Executive Committee (LEC) decided to provide free attendance to World Telecommunications Congress (WTC) 2012, March 4 - 7, 2012, Miyazaki, Japan, to students. A student applying for this grant must follow the instructions below. WTC 2012 LEC will decide acceptance/rejection of applicants and will inform the result.

| *1 : | A student who registered for WTC 2012 and paid student registration fee can apply for this grant. The paid registration fee will be refunded if his/her application is accepted. A student who has paid registration fee as an author will not be given this grant. |
| *2 : | Accommodation and travel expenses will not be provided by this grant. |
| *3 : | WTC 2012 LEC will not provide VISA support to a foreign student applying for this grant. |
