Your final paper must be uploaded to IEEE eXpress Conference Publishing
Service in order to be appeared in the proceedings. Here is the
instruction for uploading your final paper.
Authors of the accepted papers should follow the following steps to
upload your final paper of WTC 2012.
- Prepare Camera-Ready Paper
Camera-Ready versions of the accepted papers should be submitted by authors. Camera-Ready papers should be in IEEE Format for Conference Proceedings, A4 size, double column, 10-pt fonts and up to 6 pages.

Note that a PDF file which is not compatible to IEEE Xplore Specification will NOT be uploaded to IEEE Xplore.
- Copyright Transfer
In order to transfer the copyright of the articles submitted, all authors should agree with the copyright transfer to IEICE. Copyright transfer process is also carried out via IEEE eXpress Conference Publishing Service.

Note that the copyrights of the papers uploaded to IEEE Xplore will not be transferred to IEEE, but remain with IEICE. In addition to copyright transfer, agreement on the inclusion of the papers in IEEE Xplore is required for accepting camera-ready papers.

Copyright Transfer
In order to transfer the copyright of the articles submitted, all

The copyrights of the final paper, including rights in for publishing in
any media, are transferred to the IEICE. The authors retain the
following rights:
- All proprietary rights other than copyrights.
- Re-use of all or part of the above manuscript in their work.
- Reproduction of the above manuscript for author's personal use or for company/institution use provided that
- (1) The permission of the IEICE is obtained prior to reproduction.
- (2) The source and IEICE copyright notice are indicated.
- (3) The copies per se are not offered for sale.
- The consent of the author (or one of the authors) be sought as a
condition in granting republication permission to others.
