■ Workshop Overview

Name: SeMI Vietnam Workshop
Date: Oct. 24–26.
Venue: Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU)
Organizer: IEICE SeMI, VKU, Murase SCOPE Project Team (JP235006102)
Aim: This workshop aims to foster collaborations between Japanese and Vietnamese researchers in related research fields.
Scope: This workshop focuses on research and development not only in traditional areas, such as ubiquitous sensor networks and mobile networks, but also in a new area centered around “mobile sensors.” Specifically, our focus includes research and development of various sensing technologies, as well as mobility technologies like connected cars, UAVs, wearable devices, and robots. This workshop aims to discuss mobile and ubiquitous computing technologies to extract valuable knowledge from collected sensor data. Furthermore, by integrating sensing, mobility, and computing through network technologies, this workshop aims to discuss “intelligent environments” and provide a platform for presenting and discussing applications generated from these environments.
Presentation type: Oral presentation
