Prospective authors are cordially requested to submit an abstract (max 100 words) through the Submission System of technical group on SANE with the title of the paper, the author’s name(s), affiliation, and contact information.

Please note that for ICSANE 2023, and in order to ensure the same quality control as regular international conference/workshop, abstracts will be reviewed by TPC members, and also by other reviewers.
We require you to submit the final manuscript (minimum 1 page, maximum 6 pages) of your paper on or before "Early-November, 2023" at our paper submission web site (the precise deadline and URL must be indicated in a mail from ken [at] ieice.org) for publication in the ICSANE 2023 Proceedings. Failure to submit your final manuscript by the deadline may result in the removal of your paper from the final program of the Conference. Presenters of ICSANE2023 must pay the submission fee at the payment page of submission web system, that will be announced in the mail from ken [at] ieice.org, and will download the electronic proceedings.

Authors of the presented papers are recommended and invited to submit an extended paper for consideration of publication in IEICE Transactions on Communications (Impact Factor: 0.598 (2022))
