Visa

While many nationalities do not require a visa for short-term trips to Indonesia, others must apply for an Indonesian visa online or in person to be allowed into the country. The Indonesian visa policy varies depending on a visitor's country of origin and the length of stay. Indonesia is a popular tourist destination, with as many as 16 million visitors arriving every year from abroad.

Visa Exemption

Foreign nationals from countries that are included in the Visa-Free Country List are entitled to visa exemption and may enter Indonesia from 124 immigration checkpoints and are granted a 30-day stay that cannot be extended. Mandatory requirements include: a passport with minimum of 6 months validity and return tickets.

Visa on Arrival

Foreigners can apply for this visa upon arrival in Indonesia if their nationality is included on the Visa-on-Arrival countries list. A holder of Visit Visa on Arrival is given a 30-day stay and can be extended at the Immigration Office for 1 (one) time to have another 30 days stay. Mandatory requirements include: a passport with minimum six months validity and return/through tickets.

Technical Activity on 9 Desember 2023


We will go around Surakarta city using Double Decker bus. The bus will depart from UNS Tower Hotel at 08.00 am. There will be a tour guide and the bus will pass through several popular place in Surakarta City (Danarhadi Batik Museum, Vastenburg Fort, Pasar Gede Market etc). The bus will arrive in UNS Tower Hotel at the latest by 11.00 a.m.
