Camera-ready paper submission：

We require you to submit the final manuscript (maximum 6 pages) of your paper on or before "10th October 2019" at our paper submission web site (the URL must be indicated in a mail from ken [at] ieice.org) for publication in the ICSANE 2019 Proceedings. Failure to submit your final manuscript by the deadline may result in the removal of your paper from the final program of the Conference. Presenters of ICSANE2019 must pay the submission fee of "JPY 3240" at the payment page of submission web system, that will be announced in the mail from ken [at] ieice.org, and will download the electric proceedings.

For Oral Presenters:

Each speech will have 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.
Presenters should prepare your PC for your presentation.





Recommendation:

Authors of the presented papers are recommended and invited to submit an extended paper for consideration of publication in IEICE Transactions on communications.

Prospective authors are cordially requested to submit an abstract (max 100 words) through the Submission System of technical group on SANE with the title of the paper, the author’s name(s), affiliation, and contact information. The contact information should include postal address, telephone/ facsimile numbers and e-mail address.

Attention: Japanese authors are recommended to submit the paper through the Japanese submission system. Please choose "English without Japanese title" as the paper language.
