Young Engineers Session (YES) Information
YES (Young Engineers Session) presentation preparation instruction
1) Date & Time
The YES will be scheduled on October 16th and 17th as follows.
- 3min. Short Presentation
October 16, 2025: 14:10-15:30
October 16, 2025: 15:35-16:50
- Poster Presentation
October 17, 2025: 10:00-12:00
2) Poster Preparation
A poster stand that can accommodate an A1 poster will be provided for each of the YES presenters.
A poster should be portrait oriented.
Your poster can be displayed from the morning on October 17.
3) Three-Minute Oral Short Presentation
YES presenters are requested to make a THREE-MINUTE oral presentation in advance of the poster presentation.
Please note that, due to limitation of time,
the presentation is strictly limited up to 175 SECONDS
excluding a 5-SECOND switching time.
There is no limit to the number of slides in PowerPoint format.
Slide size should be 16:9.
Please upload your slides via the URL provided in the email from the TPC Chair.

The file name should include your paper ID and your name (e.g., M199_YOURNAME.pptx).
Please be advised that you include your paper ID (e.g., M199) in your slide since your presentation will also be judged as a part of the Young Researcher Awards.
